This isn't the typical docudrama expected of Canadian film. It's a typical coming of age story, with a slight twist. It's not origional or groundbreaking, but it is real. Flawed characters, bad decisions, and ugly living rooms (something you'd see in any Nova Scotian home).

I don't know that this film actually deserves an 8, but since it's local and a spoof of my home town, I've got to back it up.
